National Fleece Competition

The Australian Fleece Competition is this year celebrating its 10th year of benchmarking and showcasing wool to the world. The event is part of Australian Sheep & Wool Show being held in Bendigo Victoria 16 - 18 July 2010.

Entries are now being invited from Commercial, Stud and Ag Colleges & Schools for all major wool types, competing for 45 prizes valued at over $13, 000. All fleeces must be delivered to Landmark Brooklyn Melbourne Victoria by Friday 4th June.

The Leukaemia Foundation is the National Charity for 2010 and no entry fee applies to donated fleeces.
